THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE IS THE DAY  YOU DECIDE YOUR LIFE IS YOUR OWN.

IF IST IS DESTROYING YOU, IT IS NOT LOVE.

10 Steps To Creating A Fear Free Life

The process is simple, but it is not easy. It means facing the facts about the quality of your life.  And you must commit to never stop until you find the peace and joy you are meant to experience.

Note:

AA has a proven success record  in helping people gain control over their lives. The first 5  of their steps are listed here.

Rebirth begins by believing there is a Higher Power that can help us. I that power as God.

Step 1:

Face the fact that you feel you have lost your true self, and you don’t know how to create a new and better life on your own.

Step 2:

Believe in your heart and mind that God is always with you, and truly believe that

God can help you create a better future.

Step 3:

Make a firm decision to put your life into the Hands of God.

Step 4

Become determined to have God remove all the parts of your character that brought you to an abusive relationship.

Step 5

Ask God to restructure the thought patterns that allowed you to keep an abusive man into your life. Say: I AM God’s and God’s Alone” every time you feel weak or scared.

Step 6

Every time you feel like going back  to him, remind yourself:

He doesn’t appreciate the gift of my presence, so I will give him the gift of my absence.”

Step 7

Spend at least 15 minutes soothing  your soul with nature every  day. It's been show.th at

"Nature's Healing Connection" can lower your blood pressure.

Stare at the bark of a tree, or the leaf of a plant if no trees are around. Then

pretend you are as tiny as an ant. See yourself crawling up the trunk ( or leaf) looking at each tiny vein, each tiny spot.

Doing this for several minutes will help you soothe your mind when you are experiencing negative emotions.

Step 8

Practice Cleansing Breath-work every day.day.:

Take 4 deep breaths in.Try To  Hold for 4 Seconds. Try To Exhale for 8 seconds.Exhale  from the back of your throat. Throw your head back and roar like a lioness! Repeat. Then say  or think “I will not accept a life I do not deserve.”

Step 9

Journal writing is like a vitamin pill for your brain! Find your true self and your hidden power by writing in your journal every day.

  1. For five minutes write about your fears, your worries, and your problems.
  2. For five minutes write about all the things in your life that you are grateful for that day.
  3. Write a love letter to yourself, and explain why you deserve to be happy, and what you want your life to be like a year from now.

Step 10

Practice self love every day. Find time to pamper yourself. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it makes you feel good.

Remember : You can always go to fearfree.life whenever you need support and your advocate isn’t available. There are posts dealing with every aspect of abuse, and messages to soothe your spirit.o your success.

May God bless you and keep you safe.. When you get back on your feet and feel at peace, let me know!
